Information on the right to withdraw from a distance contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded on the Online Service within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 30 days from the day on which you took possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the item. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by traditional mail or e-mail). You can send your statement, for example:

An example of the contract withdrawal form is included in Appendix No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is also an appendix to the Online Service regulations. You may use the sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the item (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your chosen delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us), without delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from this contract. We will make the refund using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another solution; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or until you have provided proof of its return, whichever occurs first.

If you have received the purchased item, please send or hand it over to us at the address: ul. Zygmunta Vogla 2A, 02-963 Warsaw, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the 14-day period expires. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The provisions regarding the consumer contained in this communication apply from January 1, 2021, and for contracts concluded from that date, also to a buyer who is a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when the content of this contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for that person, resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity, made available based on the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.
