Information on the Right to Withdraw from a Distance Contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded through the Online Store within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email).

A model withdrawal form is included in Annex No. 2 to the Polish Consumer Rights Act and is also attached to the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store. You may use this model withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Application to Sole Proprietors

The provisions of this notice relating to consumers apply from 1 January 2021 and, for contracts concluded on or after that date, also apply to a buyer who is a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, where it follows from the content of the contract that it is not of a professional nature for that person, particularly in view of the subject matter of their business activity as disclosed in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG).
